I have information that Noah Brimmer was the son of John (Jacob) Brimmer b 1780 died 1870 . I believe this Brimmer family left New York State (Rensselaer, NY) and went to Wisconsin before 1870. Noah was born in Rensselaer NY and he died in 1857 but his widow Philura married his brother Tommas Brimmer and they lived in Mukwanago Wisconsin. Do any of the Brimmer researchers recognize this family. Ernest Carlton Brimmer is a descendant he was the actor Richard Dix.
