I, too, am supposedly descended from Hans Jurig Brimer or Brimmer, who arrived on the Ship Hope from Rotterdam in 1733. However, I believe he settled in South Carolina. Are we talking about the same person? Also, curious to know where you live in Idaho (particularly on what river) as my husband and I come out every summer to spend a week on either the Middle Fork or the Main Salmon. Love Idaho!
