Were not born in Germany. But they were in fact born in the US. Joheil was born Jan 31,1818 in Franklin,NY...Delaware County & died in 1904. It is said that Maria (last name Skinnerhorn/ Shimmerhorn or Schmick/ Smith ) was Seneca Indian from NY. They supposedly resided on the east side of Seneca Lake in NY. They had many children (8 or 10)....My GRT GRT Grandfather Van Ranslor (Rant) Brimmer (B: 06/09/1856 in Farmington ,PA D: 12/09/1943 in Reading Center,NY) (married Cynthia LOWE )was one of them. Other children were Charles ( married Ruby ROE), Uriah, Solon,Susan,Adelaine,George,& John. If anyone has any information on this family line.... the help would be GREATLY appreciated!
