Pat, How do you know that the two John's came from Renselear Co, NY? I believe that the younger John(B:1794) was the one married to Ann Christian and they had at least one known son Uriah. I have been told without proof that John and Ann were the parents of Jobiel/Johiel Brimmer. I do know that Jobiel was born in NY abt Jan 1818 but I have been looking for some proof(a Will, Land records,Family Bible) that proves Jobiel was the son of John Brimmer and Ann.
