I have found a few articles pertaining to this as well, just wondered if the information is indeed solid. Joheil Brimmer was the father of George Brimmer, (my GG grandfather), who was the father of Ethel Brimmer who married my G Grandfather Frank Applebee. Frank was the father of Merle Applebee my Grandfather, who did not often speak of family members, but had mentioned Indian blood. This is what I'm trying to figure out...
