Author: jkier8 Surnames: Brimmer, Manchester Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.brimmer/162/mb.ashx Message Board Post: My 3rd Great Grandfather, Archibald Manchester (born abt 1813) married a Susan A Brimmer (born abt 1811) from Berlin Township, Rensselaer, New York. I can not find any more information that connects her to any of the Brimmers from NY. In the 1860 census they are listed as living in Berlin, Rensselaer, New York with a Godfrey Brimmer (aged 66, so born abt 1795). Also in the 1850 census Archibald and Susan are listed as living with a George Brimmer (age 79, born abt 1771) and Godfrey Brimmer again. I can not find anything more about this Godfrey and George.
