We think he died before 1830 and is buried in Jefferson Co, TN. If anyone knows location of his grave, please contact me. William CARWILE served in VA Militia from Campbell Co, VA during War of 1812 and is eligible for a Veterans Grave Marker to commemorate his service during the War of 1812. Williams children were named in court records of Charlotte Co, VA in 1851 concerning settlement of the Estate of his brother Zachariah CARWILE.
