Can anyone tell me who James M. Bridges is and where he is from. I'm trying to find my GGG Grandmothers family . Her name was Saleta Ann Bridges b.1828 d. unknown. She married Gabriel W. Grimes in Oglethorpe County GA 1848 but had been previously married to Fleming J. Mathews. So in the documents of the marriage she was listed as Saleta Ann Mathews. I don't know where they came from or where they went, if anywhere. Can't find where she was buried. Must be unmarked or out of state. I'll be glad to share if I ever get anywhere with this.
