Thanks for the info. David. The Copeland family, past and present, have a long and vital history in Green County, GA. In the early 1800's Nancy Copeland married Hardy Bridges. These are not my line of Bridges but were contemporaries of my ggggrandfather in Green Co. I don't quickly recognize the names in the web sheet but I plan to take a closer look. My Bridges ancestors settled around San Marcos, Marble Falls and another group were near Dallas. They went from GA. to Texas in the late 1840's.
