Am new to the list, and am searching for the husband of the above Barbara Millet. All I have to go on is that Barbara is mentioned in her father's will, dated 24 Sep. 1798 in Ontario Co. NY, as Barbara Bridges. I am just beginning to "flesh out" my ggg grandfather's brothers & sisters, so if anyone has any information on a Bridges/Millet marriage, I would appreciate some help. Barbara was born in Voluntown CT 22 Feb 1766, daughter of Jonathan & Jenet (Edmund) Millet. The family may have gone to the Wyoming Valley area of PA before ending up in NY, so the marriage to this unknown Bridges could have occurred in any of these 3 places.
