To the best of my current knowledge, my BRIDGES people have been in Robertson County, TN since ca 1845 when William Clayton BRIDGES (1805-1867) & his wife, Amanda Maria Louisa MANTLO (1804-1866) settled there. This couple was in KY for a time, in fact, I have speculated that their marriage may have taken place there; however, William was born in NC and Amanda, in VA.
