I am seeking information about the mother of my late father-in-law, possibly named Bertha Lee Bridges and from the Cleveland County area of North Carolina. I have various bits of information about two possible wives listed for Thomas Logan Ellis b. July 9,1866 d. Dec.14,1949. One wife is listed as Sarah Wilson and another as Bertha Lee Bridges. However one of the children from the first marriage lists his mother in his obituary as Sarah Wilson Bridges Ellis. I am wondering if these two women were sisters? Is there anyone who has information about a Bridges family in the Cleveland area who had daughters listed as Sarah possibly born Dec. 11, 1863 and a Bertha or Bertha Lee born about 1886?
