    3. Wanda, In 1815, I believe Atlanta would have still been an Indian trading post know as Fort Peach Tree or one of the subsequent names. When the area was finally annexed by the federal government, it was initially part of Henry co. then DeKalb co. before it finally became part of Fulton Co. I would suggest you, or one of the others researching his line, look in Military records to see if Allen Jones Bridges was still serving or recommissioned during the war of 1812 and/or the Indian wars that continued afterwards. If your William Crawford Bridges was born in Atlanta, it was probably within or close to the fort near Peach Tree street..
