The name Crawford in my family started with my gggrandfather William Croford Bridges b. l8l5 in Wilkes Co. Ga and continued in my family until the l900's. In the book I just wrote about is listed a biography of an Allen Jones and a Willie Jones. The name Jones did not continue with my own family but I find some of the Greene Co. Ill Bridges men with a middle name of Jones in l830's and later. Interesting, huh? Wanda
