Miller." At the bottom of the certif., it says "Change of name as per court order 53S 7632 Superior Court-Cook County." If those files exist, they may have more info. Also, Passenger Ships registry on Ancestry.com says that the Baltimore was scrapped in 1894. Could Philip have been mistaken on the year? Could his records be under some variant of Philip?
