I actually do have all the birth records and birth registries for Ben, Clara and Jacob born in Chicago....Bessie's last name is spelled 6 different ways- on all of them.... 8( I've researched all the different spellings, and can't come up with anything. I have E-mailed/posted on variants near the spelling on different message boards, maybe one will click with someone...Fingers Crossed I'm not sure about the Ship Manifests....I can't figure that part out for Philip, Bessie or Lizzie/Betty.... I even searched the City of Baltimore manifests...and the actual City of Baltimore, itself....there are only a handful of ships that came to the US on the months of June/July Aug of 1897/96/98, etc....I checked all the manifests....took like 3 weeks...I can't figure it out.... 8( Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
