Mollie had died or was not living with the family. Look for the family in states between PA and IL Have you looked for this family on familysearch.org?. Since Bunyan Brown was born Feb 1880, the family was probably still living in PA in the 1880 Census. They were living in Guilford, Franklin County, PA, Bunian wss 5 months.
