I have found other Gerdemann's, but I have no way of knowing if they are related, as those records are somewhat limited. Family lorre is that a Heinrich (Lohman, Lohmann, Lehmann?) 1780, married a Katherine Elisabeth Gerdemann 1783, and took the name Gerdemann, as she was perhaps the only child of the family. He died in 1833, and Katherine came to the United States with all of her children and settled in Missouri. Any information or leads on the family or how to obtain information would be incredibly helpful.
