To clarify, my grandmother was told she was born in a military hospital in Ottawa and was given a series of numbers and letters which I conveniently don't have. However, my aunt remembers the first three letters were possibly 'RCF'. Interesting, right?! Anybody who can help...please do! Also, apparently a fire damaged the hospital and thus "destroyed" her birth record. The latter part I don't believe seeing as my grandmother may have had a different father than what she was told.
