Author: williamfcraigjr Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/topics.researchresources.brick-20-walls/144.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: have you seen some of the family trees published at this site for benjamin horham and sarah?most list lucy as a daughter and the sources for most of the info. are from the bible records of john and susan horham lucys brother and sister in law as well as the historys of cass and carroll countys,illinois.i did an advanced search on the family trees search engine and typed in benjamin horham born 1781 and died illinois and thats all the info. i typed in and about eight trees by different decendants popped up with lots of history on benjamin before he came to illinois and info. on his parents etc. and with reliable sources.so its probably more true than not that lucy was ben and sarahs daughter.also at the top of each page most list their e-mail address so you can contact them.i contacted a distant cousin for copies of a old family bible that she inherited threw her mother that contained hand writin births,deaths and marriages and some old letters and not only got them but a cop! ie of an old photo from around 1900 of a family get together that i would not of known even existed if not for her sending it,and i got to see what my 3rd great grandmother looked like for the first time even if she was 93.just click the family trees tab at the top of the page. good luck!
