I have Mary LaFranchi's obituary from The Santa Rosa Press Democrat when she died 13 OCT 1981. Her husband died JUL 1979. She was survived by a daughter from a previous marriage. What what her other married surname? Any ideas how to get a marriage certificate from California, or a volunteer to do a look-up if this record is available publicly. Thank you.
