I searched Genealogybank but they don't have many papers for that area, checked Footnote but didn't see anything for them there either. Since Billie Lewis is listed as William Lewis father in the WWI draft, Billie was alive up to 1918. I can't find him in the 1920 census though. Have you actually searched through the census itself?
