Author: thegaminboy2 Surnames: Davis,Crow Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/topics.researchresources.brick-20-walls/338.4.1.1.1.1.1.1.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Just to keep this updated i hired the North West Missouri Genealogical Society to do research for Mark Allen Davis,and unfortunately they didn't find anything on him.They did find probate records on his son Abel Abraham Davis though.I have now hired a researcher to do research on Mark in Carter Co.,TN and so far even though the tax records for Carter Co isn't complete Mark was listed on the tax records in 1860, 1861, 1863, 1867, 1869, and 1871 tax record in Carter Co.,TN.The researcher has also found where Mark purchased 2 acres of land from a Edmund Crow on oct 12,1868 in Carter Co.,TN.The research is still ongoing,so if the genealogist finds anything else i will let everyone know.
