He left Switzerland (not sure where from or when) and went to Mexico. He then went to El Paso, TX from Chihuhua, Mexico in 1893. He states that he was born in Geneva April 10, 1872 but I have not been able to confirm that. Father and mother's names may be Franz and Isabelle.
