You can google "Florida vital records, "South Carolina Vital records", and read how to obtain these records. You're not going to find documents on the internet, however you can find where and how to........ Have you looked for Joe Herman Fowler, B:1914 Anderson, SC in the 1920 and 1930 census? Do you know of any of his siblings? This is how you confirm whether the family you found is the correct one. If he had brothers and sisters, they'll be listed with him in those census records.
