It would seem the Giacommo Narducci listed under the Napolitano family in the 1900 census might be her brother. Have you tried to make a connection between the two? If he was, his naturalization data should have specifics of origin. What does her marriage record say about her parents? You need to get the copy of it, I'm assuming these were all Catholics, there will also be a recording in the church register of the marriage, that will also list the parents.
