A marriage record exists for Mike and Julia Sipos, you just haven't found it yet. Where was she from orignally? Hungary? Do you know if she came with any family or on her own? I see Mike was living in Philadelphia in 1917, where was he living in 1920? Have you found him in the 1920 census? That location is the first you check. If you don't find it in PA, then try New York City. There must be some story, like she was married right off the boat, or something to that effect. This is fairly recent history, someone living might recall bits they've heard. Where was the first child born? Baptized by what faith?
