I was in too much of a hurry. I was following the rule that the area in which people marry is usually the place they also lived. In this case it was not true for Arthur. It does not help with the research that Carrie was divorced in 1900 and in 1910. I could not find a marriage record for Carrie. It could just be those records are not online yet.
