Hello Brewster researchers! I recently made a trip to the Adriance Memorial Library in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess Co., NY. While there, I found in the Index of the New York Genealogical & Biographical Record a reference to "John VanCortland Brewster", Volume 102 #1, p. 45q, (1971). Unfortunately, the Library did not have this Volume. Also, a "Samuel Brewster" is mentioned in the Index. That article is in Volume 100, #2, p. 83, (1969). If you find the 1971 Volume, perhaps you can locate the 1969 Volume and copy it for me too. If anyone has access to these volumes, I would really appreciate a look-up.
