He was Married to a native american woman who had children by her first husband a Mr. Green or Greene. In the late 1880's Steven and his wife had 2 sons Uriah M.C. Brevard and David Brevard. I am from the Uriah Brevard line. And I don't know if David had any children. But there maybe some out there. I am also looking for the Greens the are also family, maybe they have something to add to the Brevard/Green history. Steven was a slave and I don't think he moved to far from were he was born that was probaly Richland, South Carolina.
