    3. I'm sorry I should have been more specific...I have Henry Snodgrass b. 1816 I don't know anything about who his parents were, family lore has it that his mother might have been a Mingo Indian. His father was born in Scotland. Elizabeth Phillips, Henry's wife, was born 1818 in Allegheny Co., Md and she may have been the daughter of a Jacob Phillips b. 1775.
