The following is a list of the marriages that occurred in Surhuisterveen that are mentioned in "Counting the Cost." I went all the way through Chapter XI, "Sojourn in Holland, 1720-1729," and the Chronology. Willoughby says on page 114 that there were "seven recorded marriages performed by Mack in Surhuisterveen."
