He was the son of Daniel (Greib) Cripe, Sr. b. 4-15-1752 In Bedford Co., Huntingdon, PA and Barbara Louisa Replogle b in Lancaster, PA and died in Montgomery Co. OH. Daniel Cripe Jr. wed both Catherine Overholser and Susan Replogle. Daniel Cripe Sr. is the son of Jacob Greib b. Aug 8, 1712 and Elizabeth Ulrich, daughter of Stephen Ulrich Sr. and Elizabeth Wagoner. Barbara Barbara Louisa Replogle is the daughter of Johannes Rinehart Reblogel, Sr. b.
