RE: 1. JACOB1 PFOUTZ was born ca. 1737 in Westmoreland Co., Pa. He married MARY BACH. I find it highly unlikely that Jacob Pfoutz was born in Westmoreland County, PA in 1737. This part of Pennsylvania was wilderness and Indian Territory at that time. Bill Thomas
