Mike, You and others did not get a copy because your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will not allow for it. I got emails back from about six different ISPs containing the email addresses of over a dozen or so people stating that the file was too large. Your's was one of those emails that was returned. Refer to the email I sent out the evening of the mass email to the Brethren List. In that, in case you and others did not read it, it stated that if you did not get the file then there was a problem with your email provider. I sent it out to all those that responded in the allotted time and responded to me personally. Those who responded to the Brethren Mailing List did not get the file. Again refer to my two emails on the subject. Even then I am not too surprised to only hear from about seven or eight people a simple thank you. Along that same thought I am also not too surprised to not hear from people associated with historical societies who were on the list of recipients. It takes all kinds.
