---------------------------------------- I should have included Elder William Rose Smith - founding Elder of the Ladoga Chuches - preaching companion of Elder Jacob Miller back in Franklin Co VA, who came first to the Four Mile (maybe as early as 1816), then in 1825-26 moved on to Putnam Co, Raccoon Creek. He obtained his land through the Vincennes Land Office. In that period of disputes with the Annual Meeting Elders (out east) and their decisions, he was removed from office about 1830.
