I found this out for myself. However, it does not appear to have an index, as originally published in 1985. I don't think it has been republished since. Maybe someone else on this list can inform if it has been since 1985, or whether the compiler is still living? Does anyone know if an index has ever been constructed for this work? In just randomly going through some pages I fell upon a photo of someone who I researched just last week, who married a relative of mine, and who was born way back in 1802. He had the middle name of Mack, but of course I'd have no way of knowing he was connected with the Mack family, because generally they did not use middle names or initials in those days. Richard
