Bob, Here is what I have found on this Adam Miller: >In c1759 Adam Muller married Anna Margareth widow of George Schweinhardt. >She was born c1691 and died 5/19/1776 >Per 1760 deed (No. 919) George Swineyard estate, references Adam Miller and >wife Margaret, formerly wife of George Swineyard. >In 1764 Adam Miller, mason, sold to Henry Peckener two tracts, one tanyard. >Wife Margaret released dower. >Per 1766 deed Adam Miller sold 432 acres, Miller's Chance (Choice?), part >of Resurvey of Welsh Cabbin, to Abraham (son of Adam) and Jacob Muller. >Adam's wife Margaret released dower. The sale of Miller's Chance is very confusing to me because Abraham Miller who died in 1754 owned 1289 acres called Resurvey of Miller's Chance on Fishing Creek a branch of Monocacy. I don't know if the 432 acres Adam Miller sold was part of Abraham Miller's tract. Or, if they were related.
