Martin and other Breedloves are in seperate tax lists, indicating the others lived in the western half of the country and Martin in the eastern 1844-Martin not listed- didnt search the others Perhaps Martin died in 1842 after tax list was made or in 1843 before it was made. He would have been 70 yrs old when he was listed in 1841-indicating that if he was to be exempt from listing because of age he would have so been in 1841, and his lack of being on the list in 1842 would not be because of his age.
