Juanita, et al, I have also corresponded with Terri but she cannot find any of her references to the above Robert Breedlove and Mary Walton. I highly suspect this information is incorrect as no Robert Breedlove's show up on any census in North Carolina before 1850. I think they are confusing this line with that of Robert Henry Breedlove and Mary Ann Evans who moved to Henry County, TN. One of their daughters married George Walton. As far as I know, none of the early Breedlove families in North Carolina ever had a son named Robert, but Robert could have been a middle name so this is very uncertain. Doing a quick check of census indexes, I see no Walton and Breedlove families living in the same county in North Carolina before 1840, which is too late for this marriage. Tom King
