Hey Steve, I don't have anymore info that what the index shows. I'd surely take Ellen's advice and write to the DAR, takes $5 and a wait. It took about 4 months to get the application and then I sent another $10 and got everything else that was sent with the application. They sent bible records and all other attached records used to authenicate the application.
