This was from something I found on J. Wesley Breedlove, in Arkansas, ........... His grandfather came > from Wales and settled in Virginia, where the father of Clay B. was born.......... I say again that the information given in Goodspeed's is WRONG! John Wesley Breedlove was the son of Clay Breedlove and Amelia Reid. Clay was the son of Henry Breedlove and Martha Rimmer. That means John Wesley's grandfather was Henry Breedlove who was born about 1806 in Virgina, from the 1850-1870 censuses. The grandfather of John Wesley and the father of Clay are the same person, i.e. Henry Breedlove. Henry could not have come from Wales and be born in Virginia at the same time, therefore this line in the article is wrong. Tom King
