Thomas Monroe Breedlove born January 1832 in Jackson County, Indiana. Died October 6, 1901 in Brown County, Indiana. He was a Civil War veteran and served in the Company "I" of the 120th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. He was married on October 8, 1856 to Elizabeth Graham. Elizabeth was the daughter of Green Graham and Margaret Petro. Elizabeth was born May 8, 1842 and died February 18, 1922. Both Thomas and Elizabeth are buried in Greenlawn Cemetary in Nashville, Indiana. This marriage produced thirteen children: 1) John William Breedlove (1858-1928) married (1) Mary E. Boruff (2) Laura Jane Stormont. 2) Felix Preston Breedlove (1860-1951) married Malinda Kent. 3) Thomas Monroe Breedlove II (1862-1936) married Mary America Stidd. 4) Charles Francis Breedlove (1864-1924) married Sarah E. Hatchett. 5) Jacob Sherman Breedlove (1867-1931) married Nancy E. Beach. 6) Ulysses Grant Breedlove (1869-1919) married Elizabeth Campbell. 7) Susan Ann (or Alice) Breedlove (1871-1946) married a man named "Daller". 8) Albert Elbert Breedlove (1873-1936) never married. 9) Lewis Edward Breedlove (1875-1892) never married. 10) Mary Zella (or Etta) Breedlove (1877-1901) married Virgil Curtis Clark. 11) Oliver Ervin Breedlove (1878-1931) married Lula (Petro) Couch. 12) Ida May Breedlove (1876 or 1879-1940) married Basil Glenn Wampler. 13) Columbia B. Breedlove (1879-1883) married Walter Alvin Rariden. If anyone has a connection out of this line or any leads for Thomas Monroe Senior's parents please let me know.
