Does anyone know the answer to this--if I wanted to copy this from the email message to a document-or just to Microsoft word-could I do this? Ellen, et al, just be careful to save it as a text file, as there are over 100 characters per line. If your mail reader is set to line wrap at 40 or 80 characters, a lot of the data will be shifted to a second line. I have updated the list with more spouses full names and parents, so if anyone wants it, let me know. I've also tried to import the file from its native DBase format into MS Excel or Access witth no success as yet. Did the file come as an atachment (which is how I sent it) or in the body of the message (which is how I received it back)??? Tom
