Gang, I tweaked this mailing list slightly, so that all future messages sent out to BREEDLOVE-L for posting will have "[BREEDLOVE-L]" prepended automatically to the subject of the note. For example, I sent this note out with simply "slight adjustment" in the subject, but the mailing list will now identify itself in brackets as well. This is all done automatically, so there's nothing individual subscribers need to do (except maybe everybody post a query or some data to try it out -- hee hee). I've seen this done on other lists and I've grown to appreciate it. It'll be easier to differentiate the public posts from private Breedlove-oriented e-mail in our mailboxes without us having to examine the header. The only drawback I see is that for some e-mailers (Prodigy mail manager for one), the original subject may be truncated. Subscribers on the digest version should see no change. In other news... We went over 100 subscribers sometime in the last month -- I don't know who exactly was the 100th subscriber, so I have yet to embarass that person and award them the bronze "B". I do love milestones! Take care, Tom [listowner & facilitator guy]
