Hi Ellen! Patty here. Yes, you can copy the census info to any document you want to. Sometimes you may have to do it in pieces if the file is really big. I like doing that when I I have several bits of info I need to put as one file. Then, I save it afterwards. Another option is to save it as a text file right from e-mail, and/or send it to a floppy disk if you want to save on hard disk space. Hope this helps! Cuzzin Patty
