Dear Dick: While my name isn't Breedlove, I am a Ross County Breedlove descendant (as well as some of lines from that area). In my database, there are 3 Williams born in Ross - 1823;1837 and 1847. One William had a son James M. who married Jane Galbraith of Pennsylvania 10 Feb. 1845. Their son, William was the one born in 1847! My records end with the 1850 census for the Breedloves of Ross County. Could be that we've found your William! Larry
