Thomas filed appl for pension May 1898, cert no. 924118, filed again June 1912, Sept 1915. Thomas m 3rd, 10 July 1907 to Ruth Ann Fry, widow of Samuel Fry who d 12 Mar 1907. Ruth's appl for pension, 18 June 1921, age 64 wit by Robt Barber, David Frye, address Loyalty, Mo.
