    3. Nancy, I find one discrepancy in your information. It is regarding Anna Fry. Here are all my notes from Thomas's file. As you can see, Anna's maiden name is unknown. She was married to Sam Fry, and it appears that David Fry is probably her father in-law or a brother-in-law, not her father. Also, you will see another date for Thomas's birth --- Dec 31, 1844 or 1845 --- in the notes that comes from his death certificate, also --- 31 Dec 1844 --- in his pension record. Do you have a source for January as the month? Ellen Byrne notes Pg 72 has death certificate: Thomas David Breedlove, age 76 yrs, [he was 77], farmer, white, husband of Anna Breedlove, B 31 Dec 1845 [1844], birthplace and parents unknown by informant, David Frye of Loyalty, Mo. Thomas D 5 PM, 6 June 1921, near Lebanon, Mo. horse ran away and threw him out of wagon and killed him-accidental." Page 73 has another write up: Thomas D. Breedlove age 77 D 7 June 1921 [probably buried 7 June]. Accidentally killed when team ran away with a load of wood. see below for more info on death. all from Ellen Byrne notes Thos. D. Ellen Byrne notes: page 56 he was listed in her "Breedlove's buried in Old Bolles Cemetery, few miles from Lebanon. A book which lists graves is owned by Vernie Breedlove, 758 Mizer St., Lebanon, Mo. Lebanon Republican, Laclede Co. Mo. 10 June 1921, Pg 1, Col 1: Thomas Breedlove killed. Thrown to ground from his wagon, horse dashed around Adkins Hill on Bennett Mill Road at 3:30, Tues aft one of Laclede's oldest citizens, recd injuries which resulted in his death a few minutes later. The horse, dragging broken shaft, passed Robert Basher and Wm. McCoy who were driving home. Farmer Stuth heard their cries and came from the Adkins house. The 3 found the wagon at the wide turn and at the top of the hill, Mr. Breedlove lying on the ground. Dr. S.A. Casey rushed to his side, he died on the way to town. Body taken to the home of his Dau. Mrs. Ellis Jennings. Coroner R.A. Palmer decided an inquest not necessary. It was supposed the horse became frightened when the shaft was accidently loosened. Mr. Breedlove was on his way to town with a light load of wood for his Dau. He resided with his wife and step son 1 1/4 Mi no of Mullicane schoolhouse.
