This is a list of the largest 12 family groups in my database for which there is no proven connection to the known Breedlove line, with my best guess as to where they may fit in, in no particular order: Thomas Breedlove and Mary Elizabeth Lloyd, of Ross Co., OH Am convinced that Thomas is the son of Thomas Breedlove Jr and Sarah Thomas of Orange Co., VA. A Thomas and Elizabeth Breedlove are on records in Orange, where Thomas Jr died in 1808, until 1811, and they show up in Ohio in 1812/13. John Breedlove 1766-1827 and Elizabeth Adams of Virginia>Kentucky>Indiana Haven't a clue, except he was in Knox Co., TN the same time as Charles and Sally Fletcher. Isaac Breedlove who married Eva & Barbara Shank, George Breedlove who married Jensey Joyce, and Berreman Breedlove who married Caroline Matilda Joyce. All three are most likely brothers, with mother named Sarah on the 1800- 1820 Rockingham Co., NC census. Father could be Spencer Breedlove, whose heirs received bounty land for his Rev War service. Lewis Henry Breedlove and Nancy Agnes Medsker Could not possibly be son of Berreman who married in 1822, unless Berreman had an earlier unknown wife. Lewis said to be born in Twin Twp, Ross Co. Ohio, in 1814, which would place him as a grandson of Thomas & Elizabeth Lloyd Breedlove, above, son of David Breedlove and Maria McKenzie who were married in Ross Co. in 1813. Daniel, William, John W. and Irvin Eldridge Breedlove of NC>TN>AR Most likely sons of William and Fannie Breedlove of Warren Co., NC, where Irvin's Civil War enlistment papers say he was born. William would be the son of John Breedlove, next. Fannie possibly Cherokee Indian. John Breedlove and (Nancy?) of North Carolina Born c1745, father of Newman, William, Peggy, Nathan and Clarasa. Possibly son of Nathan Breedlove and Mary Tribble. Jordan Breedlove and ???? Born c1781 in SC. Possibly connected to Nathan Breedlove who married Suzanna Lary in 1768 in Charleston, SC? Owen Breedlove and Anna McDonald Born c1778 in Essex Co., VA. Father of James Madison, Charles F., Elizabeh and William Franklin Breedlove. William Webster Breedlove and Mary Ann Rosannah Shomo of Shenandoah Co., VA Born 9 Feb 1820 in New Market. Said to be son of David and Mary Breedlove, but can find no records of such a couple in Virginia. Richard Breedlove and Catherine Winegar of Orange Co., IN Born c1823 in Tennessee. Haven't a clue. Thomas Breedlove and Martha Grisham of Mississippi Born c1823 in Salisbury, NC, died bef 1860. Son James William married Rebacca Gentry. Possibly son of George & Jensey Joyce Breedlove. Nathaniel G. Breedlove and Delilah Warren of Hancock Co., GA Born c1801, supposedly Prince Edward Co., VA., died 1861 Hancock Co., GA. This is the one Hope confused with Nathan W. Breedlove, son of Nathan Breedlove, who lived in Talbot and Monroe Co., GA. If anyone has any better ideas or clues as to where any of these Breedlove's connect, please let me know.
